Thank you so much for the terrific job you did on our house. It is better than we could have imagined. We'd also like to commend you for the way you conduct your business. From the first call we made to ACC, it was obvious that you knew your work.

Of the six builders we contacted, you were the only one who asked to see a copy of our plans and referred to these when you came to quote for the job. The subsequent written quote we received was detailed and very clear, stating what was and was not, included in the price. As the renovations we were undertaking were a big investment for us, it was reassuring to know where every dollar would be going. We had received quotes from other builders that were half a page in length and contained no breakdown of works or expenses!

Even when it came to organising the finance with our bank, your experience in how the banks finance construction loans, was very reassuring and saved us from stressing out before it even started.

When building work did commence, your builders and contractors were always clean, prompt, good natured and polite. It really was a pleasure having them on site. We also appreciate your patience and flexibility when we decided to change/add things along the way. The 2 outstanding things throughout this renovation experience have been the great communication we have had with you and the quality of the work. This made the renovation virtually stress free, which is quite rare when it comes to building work.
